Have stayed here twice this year. Once in January and then again in August of this year. Both times we booked last minute to break up our long drive. Was easy to book, room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Completely not wheelchair accessible. Told them I was with someone who has difficulty walking and they put me in a room with a 10 inch step (and all rooms have a significant step up into them) to get into the room, making it extremely difficult for my travel partner to enter and exit our room. Put a big damper on our entire trip. Parking is a bit crazy. The rooms have signs of disrepair. The cleaning staff were pushy with getting into the room before you've even checked out. The parking is also not ideal. The only truly good part about the hotel is the location of it within the city.

As a motel, the rooms look great but has a funkymusky smell from the AC unit. The pool needs better cleaning. The included breakfast is where it needs a lot of improvement. You'll have your basic English style breakfast (Pastry, cereal, bread, PB and Jam) They also include one type of eggs (Scrambled), English sausage and a waffle maker. Tea and coffee station as well. If you go early in the morning (Between 7 and 8 am) You'll be able to have all the above. Anything between 8:30 and 10 am. Forget the eggs and sausages. We went around 9:00 am, I had to tell the lady working to make more eggs and sausage as she said. Sorry it's finished. As we were waiting about 15 to 20 more people came in for breakfast. The main items should always be available until 10 am as stated in the deal. Breakfast included from 7am to 10 am!!! It's only 2 items, it can't be hard to make it available.

Stayed overnight and had a great time. The room we had was freshly painted and the room seemed recently renovated. Bar fridge and microwave in the room. Continental breakfast in the morning was good. The outdoor pool was salt water pool and heated. Ample parking was available. All in all my family had a great time.

If they had 3.5 stars, that's what I would have given them. Kind of run down old motel or apartment complex on the outside, but the rooms themselves were renovated, a bit smelly though. Great value for money and we made last minute plans, this was all that was available. If you can find something better, you should go there.
