I loved how the room were very nice in quality, and even included a hot tub. For the price paid, it was a good value, and even included free breakfast. Overall, the place is very good, would come back again to stay even longer.
I wrote my review on the comfort Inn review page for the 1st week July 2018 very sorry about that and it was meant for the quality Inn. It was not meant for the comfort Inn. But please go read it. Do not even stop at the quality. Be a little curious and go read. Again sorry Comfort Inn
The water from the bathroom sink faucet and shower head came out brown. We ended up not taking shower and brushed our teeth with water we purchased. With a baby and a toddler, no chances were taken. We also found a used plastic glass on the floor and dead flies in the shower.On a better note, nice morning staff.
Beautiful suite. King size bed, large jacuzzi, two tv's, all the amenities. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Also, a shout-out to Executive A1 Taxi service for their exemplary service from both dispatcher and awesome driver.The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that a breakfast buffet is included with the suite. Checkout is at 11:00am. We went for breakfast at 9:30am and it was all gone (save for cereal and bread) with no more being prepared. Very disappointed with that. If checkout is eleven then the full breakfast menu should, in my opinion, be served until eleven.
We were on our way to Summerstown to go camping and decided to stay for the night part way there. We called Quality Inn inquiring about last minute room availability. I was looking online on the wrong dates seeing $81 a night, the lady on the phone quoted $174 (last min on a Friday night before a long weekend was still a great price). I mentioned the online price, she looked it up and couldnt find it. I realized I had the wrong dates in the booking software. She was correct on the price. She took $20 off for me. We booked! The room was spotless clean, sheets were clean, bathroom was clean. Everything was in good repair. Not too loud and the parking lot was clean. We will definitely book here again. Hot breakfast was excellent!
